IN 2005 I DROVE MY TRUCK SAN DIEGO TO PUERTO ESCONDIDO AND BACK. THIS IS THE QUIVER THAT MADE IT THROUGH THE TRIP. A COUPLE OF THESE WERE BROKEN AND PUT BACK TOGETHER AND A COUPLE SHORTBOARDS GOT LEFT IN MEX WITH FRIENDS. ONE MAGIC 7'10" XANADU GOT BLASTED INTO A MILLION PIECES. i took the new type T down to blacks for its first time last week. i pretty much shaped it for blacks so when i saw the swell i knew which board to take and where i was going. it was an exciting morning. it was also the coldest morning pre dawn session and 2 - 4 feet overhead and offshore without a cloud in the sky. truly an amazing morning.
